Pregnancy

If you’ve had unprotected sex and think there is a chance you or your partner could be pregnant, it’s best to take a pregnancy test as soon as possible. You can take a pregnancy test 21 days from when you had unprotected sex – if you take it any earlier it may show an inaccurate result.

A missed or lighter period
If you have a regular monthly periods, the earliest and most reliable sign of pregnancy is a missed period.

Just like during a period, our boobs can feel more tender and larger. They may also tingle as a sign of pregnancy.
Unusual tastes, smells, and cravings
You may find you don’t like certain foods that you used to love or crave things more than usual in the early stages of pregnancy. Your smells may be more sensitive and may even taste a ‘metallic like’ taste in your mouth.
